Compliance by Design

Governance is a work method.

Ruchi Bindra connects policy, architecture, evidence and accountability in technology governance. Engagements include ongoing embedded counsel, defined governance projects and board or investor readiness work. The approach starts with the system or transaction, identifies the obligations and owners, and produces instruments that can be implemented and reviewed in practice.

The Enterprise
Trust Stack.

Governed architecture connects a legal commitment to the part of a system that must fulfil it. It asks where the control lives, who owns it, and what shows that it works.

The Enterprise Trust Stack is a way to hold those connections together: policy, architecture, evidence and accountability. It is a practice framework, not a certification or a guarantee.

Engagement models

How does the engagement work?

Counsel who stays.

Embedded Counsel

An ongoing relationship close to leadership, product and engineering. I help carry governance through the decisions and changes of an operating venture.

Discuss this engagement

From obligation to operation.

Governance Architecture Projects

Defined work on policy suites, governed architecture, AI and privacy programmes, transaction structures and financing documents.

Discuss this engagement

A record you can explain.

Board & Investor Readiness

Diligence-ready records, defensible investor statements and practical board briefings on AI oversight, responsibilities and evidence.

Discuss this engagement

A practical sequence

From question to instrument

I begin with the business decision, the technical context and the jurisdictions involved. We agree the scope and identify where other advisers are needed.

The work then moves into usable instruments: policy suites, architecture requirements, financing documents, agreements or submissions. Review and handover focus on ownership and implementation, so the documents can keep pace with the venture.
